We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development to join our Liquidity and Margin Services team with Global Markets. This role is located in San Francisco – HYBRID

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Work as a lead for the West Coast region and be a subject matter expert to represent the Sales organization’s to acquire new franchise clients from internal or external sources.
Coordinate with Sales and Business Heads to set strategy for the region and agree on targets (segment, client, product etc) for prospective clients.
Establish self as a leader to the team and facilitate connectivity to the prospective client c-suite to build the future business pipeline.
Execute on new business that supports our client strategy and targets and aligns with our control environment, including management of our client pipeline.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Well-versed in the financial services industry and detailed insight into clients’ businesses with 10 -15 years’ experience.
A self-starter who takes ownership and accountability with urgency.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
Collaborative, team-oriented, service-oriented, and with a drive to win business while mitigating risk.
