We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our BNY.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Lead and participate in an inter-disciplinary portfolio of risk management and compliance initiatives that are critical to our global department’s priorities and long-term strategy with focus on organization design, processes, controls, and risk culture.
Translate business strategy into executable program of delivery and provide leadership for related projects
Fulfill governance requirements including stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key documents.
Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders across the company to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

10+ years of total work experience that demonstrates business execution and change management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
A rigorous problem solver – structuring a problem and bringing together the necessary facts to clarify paths forward/solutions
An impactful and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms for a wide range audiences
A relationship builder who can operate in a standalone way and drive projects forward independently, while managing diverse stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Candidates with business consulting background or experience in the risk management or compliance function of an institutional bank preferred, but not required.
