We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Relationship Management to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Serves in a consultative role to the client, advising client top leadership (C-Suite) on the best way to achieve short- and long- term strategic objectives.
Primary client advocate and ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction
Bring the best of BNY Mellon to our clients to grow our relationships
Serves as the interface for compliance, regulatory, reputational matters between clients and the Bank
Attend industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and remain current on industry trends and competitor services/offerings
Work closely with service delivery teams to drive client satisfaction across the breadth of the relationship
Work closely with business development teams to acquire new business
Ultimately responsible for the revenue lifecycle, directly managing contract and fee negotiation, working with other teams on invoicing and revenue collection
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
7 plus years of total work experience within Financial Services. Experience with Asset Servicing, Front Office, or Strategy Consulting is strongly preferred.
Strong experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management.
Capable influencer across both internal teams and external organizations
Experienced in designing and executing strategic initiatives, developing and presenting thought leadership
