We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Relationship Management
to join our Investment Management Institutional Retirement team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pa, Boston, MA, or New York City.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Aligning client/consultant driven investment management opportunities with BNY Mellon’s investment capabilities.
Develop and maintain deep partnerships with retirement plan sponsors, retirement consultants and retirement recordkeepers.
Establish relationships with significant retirement industry contacts to triangulate opportunities with pooled employer plan prospects, plan sponsors and retirement field consultants.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Strong understand of the institutional retirement marketplace including the consultant landscape.
Strong sales track record in the institutional retirement marketplace
Self-motivated person with strong ethics and integrity, with established relationships with plan sponsor, record keepers,and retirement plan consultants.
10-15 years of retirement investment sales experience, specifically with pension plans and 401(k)/403(b) plans.
A Bachelors degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred
Finra series 7 and 63 are required. Finra series 3 is preferred.
CIMA, CFA, CAIA a benefit but not required.
