We are seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office (This job is not remote).
REQUIREMENTS
- Civil Engineering Degree with PE license (PE license preferred).
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services with at least (5) years of project management experience.
- Relevant experience shall include design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans.
- Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc.
- Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Work independently on large projects and/or assist other civil engineers as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure projects, permitting and alternative analysis.
- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects from initial conception to final completion.
- Monitor compliance of project to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to and performance standards met.
- Work in a team environment with the work involving studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction.
- Give technical direction to a team to complete design tasks and elements.
