Description:

Salary Range: $55.7500 - $85.7400 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

The Senior Wesite Manager plays a crucial role in our Marketing Department, overseeing the growth, maintenance, and optimization of Hoag’s online presence. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong understanding of web technologies, user journeys and optimization, content management systems, and a passion for leveraging digital platforms to create best in class experiences.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization’s website with fidelity to the redesign goals and processes.
  • Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the website’s visibility and reach.
  • Execute frontend development needs within CMS, and effectively communicate with backend developers (internal or external) to ensure smooth operations on the site.
  • Serve as end-to-end Project Manager for marketing web projects across web assets. This is done with support from external or internal developers.
  • Continuously analyze website performance and user behavior to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics data.
  • Report on website performance and impacts at project, department, and organization levels to enable learning and improvements.
  • Collaborate across all teams (Development, Policy, legal, business stakeholders, Digital etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging and brand across all digital platforms.
  • Work with content developers within marketing and across departments to ensure what is created is leveraged and amplified efficiently, accurately, and opportunistically on our website.
  • Work closely with IT, Digital and other relevant departments to integrate web systems and tools effectively.
  • In collaboration with content-owners across all departments, develop and execute a continuous approach to consistently monitor the site and subdomains to ensure web content is relevant, up-to-date, accurate, engaging and of use.
  • Independently or collaboratively craft compelling stories and narratives that effectively communicate the impact of our programs, Institutes, and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment and stay up-to-date on marketing trends as it applies to healthcare
