THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Wholesale Manager to provide vision, leadership, and direction to drive business development and sales growth across the UK and EU wholesale channels.
In this role, you’ll lead an engaged sales team to develop and implement innovative initiatives that propel sales and business growth. You’ll be accountable for all sales within the wholesale channel, driving your team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. As a key member of our management team, you’ll collaborate closely with other leaders to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering the highest levels of satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of UK wholesale sales, developing strategies and targets for both the UK and European territories as well as providing leadership and mentorship to sales managers and nurturing key accounts.

You’ll be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 3 days a week with the flexibility work from home for the remainder of the week. This may flex up to full weeks occasionally for business needs such as attending trade shows.
