Role details
The Human Resource Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
- As Senior Workplace Relations Advisor within Human Resources team, you will support continuity of the effective delivery of professional employment relations services to management and employees across Mackay Hospital and Health Service.
- You will provide expert advice and guidance to Senior Leaders in relation to a broad range of issues in relation to employment and industrial relations, serious and complex conduct and performance cases.
About the Team
- This role reports operationally and professionally to the Manager Human Resources within the People and Culture Unit.
- This role does not have direct supervision responsibilities. This role will provide mentoring and development for the less experienced human resources team and provide support to other portfolio team members and employees across the Health Service.
- This role has no direct budget responsibilities.
