What you’ll be doing

Search Trend Analysis:

  • Analyze search trends and determine the necessary actions for each trend or market.
  • Apply appropriate keywords to each market, understanding the nuances of how various markets use search and respond to marketing. Understand the tonality of different words and phrases for different markets.

Traffic Optimization:

  • Navigate between click/impression/search results and set up projects to increase traffic.
  • Create blogs and guides to increase visibility on search engines.
  • Based on search volume and interest based per country.

Technical SEO:

  • Review and fix broken links, 404 pages, domain sites, and page speed issues.
  • Create meta titles and meta descriptions for products and pages.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Compile comprehensive reports for other teams to understand overall data and take actions based on these reports.

Online Merchandising:

  • Manage online merchandising in our merch app.
  • Update new and current products with copy, images, and other product information.

Website Management:

  • Create and maintain product and landing pages.
  • Optimize various on-site elements.
  • Update the site with content and user-generated content (UGC).

SEO Writing:

  • Write and optimize SEO content for landing pages.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • At least two years relevant experience in E-commerce business
  • You are used to working “high and low” and have an entrepreneurial approach
  • Experience working with on-site growth, including data analysis and digital product management
  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a team
  • An interest and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and systems
  • Good understanding of customer behavior and customer journey
  • Experience in analytic tools such as Google Analytics and similar
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager is meritorious
  • Experience in Google Search Console is meritorious
  • Experience in Ahrefs is meritorious
  • Deeper knowledge in Hotjar is meritorious

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a person who is passionate about SEO, e-commerce, data, and customer experience, and a dedicated problem-solver. You should have a commercial mindset combined with a strong understanding of the STRONGER brand. To be successful, you need to have a solid grasp of what drives traffic, sales and enjoy deep diving into sales and SEO performance metrics as we do.
You must be motivated by growth, adapt to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategies.
As an SEO and E-commerce coordinator at STRONGER, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence through SEO strategies, managing product information, and providing e-commerce insights and actions to the Head of ecommerce.
