Job Description:
We are seeking a result-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to manage a team of professionals to execute our SEO strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and facilitating the development of websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
• Manage a team of remote professionals, including Upwork developers, to ensure the successful execution of SEO campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into our content strategy.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate remote teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Experience in building websites and driving traffic to them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex SEO challenges.
• Familiarity with web development and content management systems is a plus.
