As the SEO Team Lead at Ladenzeile, you will be responsible for leading and developing our SEO team, consisting of 2 SEO Managers, an SEO Analyst, and a Content Editor. You play a key role in translating our company strategy into specific, success-oriented SEO strategies. Your goal is to continuously improve the visibility and organic growth of our marketplace.

• Strategic Leadership: Translate the company strategy into a specific SEO department strategy and develop an area roadmap together with your team.
• Team Leadership and Development: Continuously lead, coach, and develop team members from junior to senior. Ensure that all relevant KPIs for product and team health are monitored and take responsibility for the overall success of the area.
• Implementation of Business Goals: Ensure that the company’s strategic and business goals are known to and understood by the team, and ensure their execution.
• Innovative SEO Strategies: Translate customer and business requirements, Google Trends, and market developments into further developing the SEO strategy.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Continuously align and collaborate with leaders of other product areas as well as other departments to build a working relationship based on mutual trust and respect. Collaborate with the area’s Engineering Managers and Product Owners as one team with one voice.
• Transparency and Communication: Proactively and continuously ensure transparency and communication between the head and team level.
• Business Ownership: Entrepreneurial mindset regarding revenue generation and cost spending.
