An exciting chance to work in a bright, trendy, but relaxed-luxurious inspired indoor lounge; complemented by three open air rooftop terraces and surrounded by amazing views of our beautiful city’s skyline. Our guests will indulge in seasonal and international inspired meals while sipping on a tantalizing glass of champagne or one of our carefully curated craft cocktails.

We are looking for full time and part time server assistant/support staff who will provide the necessary activities to assist with a flawless flow of services as needed to support an exceptional guest experience. The focus will be on table maintenance and accurate delivery of food to our guests. They will also aid in expediting dishes from the kitchen line to the lounge and terraces, clear and reset tables and actively seek out opportunities to make the guest experience a memorable one.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a support staff is preferred
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
  • Experience in a high-volume, high-end restaurant or cocktail bar environment.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Food Safe and Serving It Right considered an asset
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking, comfortable with full sun patio exposure
  • Must be able to lift, balance and carry trays/bins weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing service to customers, delivering food to guests
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen, service stations

and staff areas

  • Expedite dishes from kitchen line to the lounge and terrace floor
  • Set up, clean up and reset
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, glassware, etc. throughout shift.
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items, locking coolers, turning off lights,

etc…

  • Perform other job duties as requested by management
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment by following all health, safety and hygiene

standards and policies.
