With a workforce of over 100 field technicians, we are seeking a capable and motivated Services Account Manager to work with field and project teams our customer base across the region. Reporting: Reports to the FVRL Service Manager and interfaces with Canada Services Team Leader

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the refrigeration and HVAC market segment. The Account Manager will play a vital role in understanding client needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent proven experience in within the HVACR services industry
  • Effective communication skills working with customers and colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
  • Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVACR market segment.
  • Collaborate with the technical and financial teams to develop comprehensive proposals and quotations.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Business Execution & Management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Training and Marketing
  • Maintain currency with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote company products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights and recommendations on energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-saving solutions for clients.
