ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Service Administration Officer, we are seeking someone who will support our Dealers, Installers, End Users & Service Technicians. Being their first point of contact when they need assistance, you will provide them with advice and assistance to basic service enquiries.

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service
• High level of diplomacy with the ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
• Ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Have an understanding and working knowledge of AP / AR functions
• Highly advantageous to have HVAC or similar trades industry experience
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and use your initiative when required
• A ‘can-do’ positive attitude
