Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Service Administrator to join our successful and friendly team in our Richlands Branch.
You will be predominately providing administrative services to the Service Team to support its operations and assist in meeting customer requirements.
Furthermore, you will provide a wide range of administrative services across the branch to support its smooth operation.
Your tasks will include:
- Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Support the workflow through the workshop.
- Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP.
- Generate job packages, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
- Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
- Perform routine debtors and creditors tasks.
- Coordinate deliveries with transport companies and process receipts and dispatches.
- Assist the Branch team to comply with the WHS Management Plan.
