REQUIREMENTS:

  • MYOB EXO software package (or similar MYOB packages) & MS Office literacy.
  • A passion for producing quality support and positive outcomes and the ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
  • Administrative skills and previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Service Administrator is an essential part of our Perth operations team. This role is required to go above and beyond and is experienced in providing administrative support, communication, multitasking and prioritising tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all aspects of service administration – service-related timesheets, invoicing, purchase orders, data entry and work order documentation.
  • Support the internal supervisors with assistance in mobilisation, organising events, gathering information on projects.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Provide customer service - greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
