  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Pronto.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing service requests and scheduling appointments for both Hire and Retail customers.
  • Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team
