Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This fantastic opportunity at our Roma for a Service Administrator, would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in a Parts, Stores, Service Advisor, Warranty, General Admin or Receptionist position.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Service Admin:

  • Opening/closing jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicing
  • Follow up of post warranty and service work
  • Planning of job schedules & booking workshop jobs
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable procesing
  • Debtor/Creditor management

Additionally, when needed; you will help out in the areas of:

  • Reception
  • Daily banking & cash management
  • Accounts payable & receivable processing
  • Debtor/creditor management

YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO THE ROLE:

  • Prior service, administration & accounts experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Professional presentation
