  The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 700 employees, which has been part of the community for 60 Years.
  We’re currently looking for a new Service Advisor to join our growing Volkswagen service team in Artarmon. If you are a hardworking, diligent individual with a sound knowledge of motor vehicles then we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a dealership service department or experience in a customer focused sales role, with a drive to help every client to the best of your ability. Working in our dynamic service team, you’ll need excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  As the direct contact between our customers and our service department, it’s important that you have good communication skills and an approachable manner.
