What We’re Looking For We need a motivated Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at working on a large customer-focused team. If you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and succeed in an environment that rewards performance, we want to hear from you!

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Service Advisor experience would be an asset however we are willing to develop and mentor the right candidates to be successful in this role
• Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
• Valid BC Drivers License is required
• Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
• Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge
