BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. Our Technical Service Team is expanding, and we are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team. This position will play a key role providing technical product support and service for our valued customers. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has a passion for power equipment, possesses a strong technical aptitude, and is people & customer focused.
The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 dependent upon skills, experience and credentials.
HERE IS A SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS DYNAMIC, FAST-PACED POSITION:
- As a BE Power “product expert”, you will provide end user support for our customers when they require support, advice, or help navigating challenges with products.
- This support includes troubleshooting equipment to resolve technical challenges, providing general product information and knowledge as well as conduct end user training.
- You will be required to process warranty claims and inquiries professionally & efficiently.
- You will work closely with our service center network providing technical assistance and training.
- You can put your technical skills to use through the creation of service bulletins and training packages.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment and being a “go-to” product expert for customers and end users.
- A strong technical aptitude and someone who is mechanically inclined.
- Industry related experience in power equipment, agriculture, automotive, power tools, or manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with small engines or power equipment.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
