Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and minimum 1 years’ experience in an IT end-user computing and engineering position.
  • Strong, diverse technical skills, especially in the areas related to end user computing including desktop, Microsoft Office O365, Video/voice conferencing, Telephony, MDM/Intune, SCCM, application packaging, Windows GPOs.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas etc.) and analytical skills to be able to solve technical and non-technical day-to-day AP processes
  • Possessed programming skills in VB, C#, R Language or python and have working experience in automation scripting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to details and highly motivated
  • Excellent analytical skill with proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, multitask whilst delivering high quality solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-user services operations and provide technical support for end points devices - MAC OS/PC/notebooks in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Analyse end user computing conditions to optimise computing performance and interoperability with endpoint security and collaboration software.
  • Manage service status, escalations, track major incidents and service issues. Coordinate updates to management and manage communications to users.
  • Participate in process transformation and automation initiatives for EUS IT operations to optimise maintenance and other routine tasks.
  • Constantly identify processes to improve, streamline, and integrates multiple processes into a single workflow via automation to improve efficiency for EUS
  • Participate in EUC projects including implementation of Office 365 Collaboration suite, Windows version upgrades, and virtual desktop environment.
  • Proactively engage internal business and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital workspace and employee experience.
  • Manage periodic attestation exercises to ensure the hardware and software in Bank’s environment remains current.
  • Manage obsolescence of outdated hardware and software.
  • Manage service status, escalations, track major incidents and service issues. Coordinate reporting updates to management and communications to end users on service-related matters.
