Description:
Service & Solutions Manager - New Business Concepts
To secure future growth and to reach higher level of efficiencies Tork needs to invest in evolving our Go-to-Market through new business models , services, and solutions . To be successful we need to ensure that new concept innovations have the right product-market fit, are launched in a correct way and that the ir lifecycle is managed over time to ensure operational and commercial efficiency.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be overall responsible fo r managing new business concepts that do not fit into our traditional portfolio of work. The role will work closely with the innovation team to ensure development matches operational and commercial criteria as well as marketing and service teams to ensure launches , operations and communication can be carried out effectively.
A core part of the role is to ensure that a new concept has a scalable operating model that maximizes operational efficiency without sacrificing the customer experience. In addition, the person is expected to manage continuous improvements and value engineering throughout a concept and product lifecycle.
The scope of the role is focused on digitally enabled business such as Tork Vision Cleaning .

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with innovation , marketing and brand teams on new concepts and models, providing clear input on operational and launch excellence.
- In collaboration with other BD managers, responsible for managing commercial pilots, market validations and perform ing trials.
- Responsible for the p roduct lifecycle management for Tork Vision C leaning, including owning assessment tool, providing local support for operations and marketing.
- Responsible for managing and reporting on success KPIs .
- In collaboration with business logistics and service, responsible that new services and solutions can be operationalized in an effective and efficient way
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives , ensuring the GtM is optimal and drives initiatives around reducing lead-times, cost to serve and service levels.
- Within the scope of New Business Models, responsible for analyzing and collecting insights on competitor and market needs.
