We are seeking bubbly, energetic, professional team players who display exceptional customer service to join our Service Attendant team.
As a frontline team member, you will have the opportunity to train and work across other departments including Bar, Bistro, Gaming, Functions & Events - just to name a few! Equally, if you are after career development you have also come to the right place.
We will provide all the necessary training for you; all you have to bring is a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to complete the job to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Suggestive selling and recommendations
- Delivering and introducing our meals and drinks
- Assisting in the bar making cocktails, mixed drinks, wine and beer
- Greet, seat and welcome customers
- Educates and informs customers of basic food and wine pairing
- Amazing customer service with a smile!
