GTO Service Market Logistics, APAC Region covers Service Market Business across Indonesia, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Thailand and India
Distribution Centre (DC) Balikpapan, manage Service Market Business supporting Volvo Group business in Indonesia including Volvo Group Trucks, Volvo Bus and Renault. THE POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Service Center is the interface between Distribution Centre towards both importers and dealers in the region, as well as our partners in sales and marketing. The role involves working with a wide span of activities, ranging from order- management, customer satisfaction management, handling of service deviations, Importation process, Outbound Transportation Performance and general administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities as Service Center officer involves daily order processing from dealers, following up with operation for speedy execution, driving activities for improved processes and routines, as well as working with continuous improvements towards increased customer satisfaction. Operationally you will be responsible for meeting stipulated targets for the group. You will work closely with the other departments. The position includes extensive involvement with dealers, importers, business area counterparts and colleagues.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in any major.
  • 3-5 years of relevant and Management experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Proficient in English, Computer literate such as Microsoft application and warehouse management system knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Good documentation skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel,PPT, PBI and Word.
  • Presentation skills, Networking & Coordination Skill
  • Detail oriented, Well organized & willing to work in a team. Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues
  • Solid knowledge of aftermarket logistics/supply chain management & Lean Principles.
  • Result and process oriented. Good analytical skills, and good communication.
  • Having knowledge of Import process include, PIB and custom duties

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed KPI targets for DC Service Centre operations
  • Perform customer interface duties for spare parts ordering and delivery, Coordination of importation, transportation and custom activities.
  • Participate in regional Network meetings and drive implementations of process changes to promote continuous improvement.
  • Safeguard and optimize cooperation between Dealer Inventory Management/Refill/Supply Planning , warehouse and transport operation.
  • Working with Volvo Production System or related with Lean Leadership Skills
