Description:

Mercedes-Benz Brampton is looking for a Service Concierge to join their team in Brampton.
Our Service Concierge are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.
The Service Concierge is responsible for organizing the lot and transportation of vehicles and general yard duties. They provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers in the Service drive-thru.
This dealership is looking for a motivated and determined individual to assist the service team!

Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
  • Assist customers with their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  • Pick up customer vehicles for service and return vehicles to customers after service appointments.
  • Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
  • Records customer’s information such as name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive.
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Performs customer follow-up on repair orders.
  • Other duties as required by the Service Manager.
