Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 year Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • 2 years experience in an office administration environment (Personal Assistance/Admin support experience will be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This job is focused on supporting the Regional Manager as well as a Relationship Manager in the George Region currently. The role is for someone that would provide administration assistance and support to the region in the day to day activities. It will further extend to providing similar support to a dedicated Relationship Manager in running their portfolio.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Supporting the Regional Manager by providing admin support as required
  • Assisting with providing Regional stats, consolidation of the stats and the necessary reports
  • Being responsible to record keeping of the compliance related issues (TCF register, annual declarations)
  • Schedule and arrange broker and team meetings as necessary, managing diary, taking and distributing minutes
  • Providing admin support to the whole team as required
  • Account payments (JDE payments and allocations)
  • Record keeping and consolidation of Regional files and feedback
  • Providing support to a Relationship Manager – handling broker and internal queries, CRM support
