Description:

The Service Contract Inside Sales Specialist sells product and software service to expand the client base of Gilbarco’s service support solutions. This role requires heavy phone soliciting and tenacious follow up. A successful candidate will have excellent organization and customer service skills, with an exceptional attention to detail. This role is responsible for the enrollment of service customers. This position is an individual contributor role within the Service organization.

WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICATIONS)EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred OR three or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in sales preferably with selling services or technology solutions, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated high performer, willingness to take initiative and be able to operate within a team
  • An intense drive to solve problems and participate in process improvement
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Agile, able to redirect focus multiple times per day
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and orally
  • Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and capable of quickly learning new sales service platforms.
    The base compensation range for this position is $17.83 to $24.28 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
