Arctic Star Printing / Inkspirationz is seeking an energetic, motivated, confident, and outgoing Service Coordinator with a strong focus on customer service, must be comfortable in a busy environment.
Full-time position. Includes benefits available upon completion of probationary period. Starting wage dependent on experience.
Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Service Coordinator will principally be responsible for order entry and customer communications. Additional responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, and answering phones.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English
• Experience working with computers
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid Driver’s Licenc

Greet customers and discuss services sought for purchase.
Estimate and quote prices, credit terms, and delivery dates
Order entry and processing.
Advise customers on products and services as needed.
Receive payments and process invoices as necessary.
Operate computerized record keeping and re-ordering systems.

Qualifications
