Description Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling, overseeing the daily functions of service technicians, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Provide all necessary information on work order to support billing process - Coordinate daily scheduling of service technicians - Oversee daily functions of service technicians - Review technician notes on work order – apply appropriate misc. charges, fuel / truck charges and any sublet charges accordingly - Communicate with customers for scheduling, needs and other concerns regarding Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements - Follow up with all customers on scheduled times and/or discuss additional concerns with quotes and turnaround times - Support all manufacture and warranty on completion of requirements for Bulletins/Campaigns - Ensure accurate and timely completion of routing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a service coordination role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
