We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our East Regional Office located in Hughesdale.
Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
