Your New Role:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of an inclusive team of 13 and reporting to a supportive Team Leader. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and scheduling repairs and maintenance for technicians
  • Liaising with clients in relation to scheduling updates
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices through SAP
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in Service coordination, Administration, Order Processing, Scheduling or similar
  • Previous medical device or pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable
  • Passionate and productive in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
