Service Coordinator
Our client is a Compressed Air Sales, Installation and Service Specialist based in the UK. They are an authorised distributor for some of the UK’s leading manufacturers of compressed air and vacuum equipment, as well as aftermarket parts/ downstream equipment.
They have a varied customer base and deal with many different industries, Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, Food & Beverage, Mechanical and more. Compressed Air is a crucial element in many organisations being able to function effectively and carry out their day-to-day processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Call/email customers to book equipment in for servicing/repairs.
  • Answer Service calls, deal with customer questions.
  • Data cleansing of database, updating customer records, equipment records.
  • Distributing certifications to customers.
  • Providing administrative support to service engineers.
  • Quoting customers for work, following up via email & Phone
  • Upholding customer service level
  • Understand the invoicing process (Invoices produced by Service department)
  • Building relationships with customers, both existing and prospective, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Registering Machines for Warranty.
  • Completing Warranty Claims with Support from Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in telephone communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Outgoing, motivated, and a willingness to learn and excel.

Potential for Growth:
There is potential for the right candidate to progress within the business based on their development.

Experience:

  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
