This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high quality living & care options to our residents.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Service Coordinator is the lead relationship manager for residents living in serviced apartments and a point of contact for other village resident’s requiring Summerset support services. They promote, market, implement and coordinate all support and care services throughout the village. They bring the best of life to residents by quickly understanding and responding to their needs with Summerset services. They work in partnership with staff and other external providers to enable the resident to stay active and independent in a supported and safe environment. The Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day organisation, scheduling, communication and evaluation of all support services for residents in the village and serviced apartments.

THIS IS A PERMANENT PART-TIME ROLE, WORKING 5 DAYS PER WEEK 10.00AM – 2.00PM.

We are anticipating a start date of 27th May 2024 for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting, selling, marketing, implementing and coordinating all support and care services throughout the village
  • Communicating with staff, residents and their families
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on financial performance of the care and support services
