Under the direction of the Director, Sales (SK), the Service Coordinator - Technical will be the primary contact for large/fleet customers and liaise between dealership operations – parts, service, sales & precision to coordinate all parts and service requirements for customers and expedite through Mazergroup channels.

You’ll be a match if you have…

• Journeyperson qualification - AET/HD or relevant experience
• Agriculture industry knowledge an asset
• Exemplary communication skills
• Keen awareness of customer service in a professional environment
• Organization and good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate initiative and identify and action process improvement opportunities
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong computer skills including Office 365
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is required
