In dieser Position umfasst Ihre Arbeit alle Koordinationsaufgaben der Werkstattaufträge und Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstattteam (intern) und dem Kunden (extern).
An einem typischen Tag beginnen Sie vielleicht mit den Vorbereitungen für eine dringende Überholung, die in die Werkstatt kommt, z. B. Wärtsilä-, Deutz- oder MWM-Motoren.
Daran arbeiten Sie nicht alleine, auch wenn die Arbeit ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit erfordert, da Sie die Unterstützung der Teamleiter und der Werkstattleitung haben.
Ein technischer Hintergrund, vorzugsweise innerhalb einer maritimen Geschichte oder Sie kommen aus der Deutschen Marine, ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei werkstattbezogenen Angeboten, insbesondere bei nicht standardmäßigen Aufträgen, sowohl bei der Preisfindung/Kostenschätzung als auch bei der Planung.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Coordinating the order process after receipt of the Purchase Order or Project Handover until completion
  • Planning of workshop orders and keeping up with the progress
  • Participate in the planning meetings with the workshop team
  • Handle communication with external and internal customers
  • Order handling
  • Secure documentation for invoicing
  • Purchasing from subcontractors, direct and indirect
  • Arrange and coordinate deliveries
  • Supplier maintenance and compliance
  • Monitoring of sustainability and Environmental Waste
  • Supporting the Operations Team when required

  • Fluent in English and German verbally and in writing
  • The ability to manage different orders/projects simultaneously.
    The environment of this position changes daily so you must be able to adapt and multitask this can be fast moving with large financial implications.
