Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to commit 5 months maternity contract (1st Jul to end Nov 2024)
  • Knowledge in SAP or ERP system will be preferred
  • Relevant working experience in sales and service support administration will be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and well organised
  • Able to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner
  • Able to work independently and in teams, and strong follow up on tasks delegated

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Purchasing & Admin Manager
  • Coordination with Sales and Service Team to ensure order procedures work properly
  • Processing deliveries and invoices to customers
  • Processing purchase orders to vendors
  • Negotiation with local suppliers on local procurement
  • Coordinate with forwarder on customs clearance
  • Monitor shipment with suppliers and customers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager
