We are looking for a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our Managed Services team in Jyväskylä.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing and refining service processes in line with the Landis+Gyr Service Catalogue. You will ensure exceptional customer experience by overseeing customer support planning, managing technical issues, and aligning the appropriate service levels with our solutions. You will also report on the fulfillment of contracted obligations (SLA) for assigned accounts, monitoring daily SLA performance and service profitability. Acting as a bridge between customers, Managed Services operations, partners, and key stakeholders, you will drive the efficient and continuous improvement of our service processes and practices.
To excel in this role, you should have substantial experience in service management and customer-facing roles within international service organizations. Familiarity with project management, service processes, the utility business, and managed services will be advantageous. As a team player committed to quality, you approach challenges proactively and analytically, always seeking solutions. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for this international business environment. A M.Sc./B.Sc. in technical or economic/business fields, or equivalent, is required.
