Play a critical role within the Engineering & Production Domain under the CTO Office division as an IT Service Delivery Manager. Join a dynamic team overseeing IT Production services, leading BAU activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- ITIL certification.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
- Experience in the Banking industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Incident Management, Release and Change Management, Audits, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Lead BAU activities, including Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Disaster Recovery, Obsolescence, Inventory, and FinOps.
