Description:

As the Manager IT, Service Delivery and Operations Processes Alignment and Communications you will be responsible for driving global excellence and consistency for all processes required and performed by the IT Service Delivery and Operations organization. The goal is to drive harmonization of the performance by promoting the right processes in all aspects of the team’s work.
This role also includes all the communications required by and from the IT Service Delivery and Operations (IT SD&O) organization, targeting our consumers (Business Units and Corporate entities) and our internal IT Service Delivery and Operations organization members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • A Master’s Degree or MBA – would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in working with multiple collaborators at a global level.
  • Good understanding of the Emerson Infrastructure and its particularities, as well as the processes, procedures, and protocols to be followed in different instances.Proficiencies in using the MS Office Kit and other internal tools and data management systems (Oracle, My IT, Power BI).

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • To grow a proven Process Management framework, including visualization of all required processes together with accurate status on the development achievement progress.
  • To proactively collaborate with relevant process owners and subject matter authorities in all organizations to align the process content with industry-standard methodologies and bring efficiency and productivity gains.
  • To develop a comprehensive Communication framework, including communication with our consumers and internal communication with the IT SD&O organization.
  • To use all communication vectors to drive programs and initiatives that promote IT SD&O values adoption and consistency throughout the Global IT SD&O Team: IT SD&O values, Build Space, Empowerment, and Customer Service orientation.
  • To develop the team under their responsibility: lead performance and objectives and promote the right engagement culture.
  • Gives to overall process excellence team budget, by providing accurate inputs on potential costs for travel, training, projects, tools, or change of staff.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related field (IT, Engineering, Communications, Business).
  • Experience within a Service Delivery and Operations function, Finance function, or General IT.
  • Proven experience with process Management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in English.
