What you´ll do?
As a Service Desk Agent, you will oversee the support needed by the employees of the company, handling service desk requests via phone, chat and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk support for retail chain employees.

    • Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.-

    • System restoration.-
    • Requests for new users.-
    • Requests for new equipment.-
    • Assistance for cameras and store sound.

    Necessary skills and experience required:

    • 0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.-
    • Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).-
    • Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese. (Advanced/Native)
    • Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
    • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Goal and result-oriented mindset.-
    • English: Basic/ intermediate
