As a Service Desk Engineer, you will support the team to deliver technical support and consultation for our enterprise clients and be able to ensure all communication and ticket requests are handled in a timely manner to exceed our customer needs.

On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:

  • Customer service experience where you’ve loved handling the tough stuff
  • Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Experience with computers and technology
  • Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level to advanced
  • A growth mindset and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
