YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with a clear head.
  • Experience with Windows and supporting basic network queries
  • Analytical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

The client looking for a service desk professional to support their BAU IT functions, supporting the New Zealand and Australian teams.
In this fast-paced role you will respond to and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups, as well as providing IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally. Let your eye for detail and troubleshooting shine as you independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues and identify recurring technical issues.
Please note, this role is 5 days / week in the office.
