Resumen del Trabajo: Estamos en busca de un Agente de Soporte Técnico IT diligente y conocedor para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Agente de Help Desk, serás responsable de proporcionar asistencia técnica y soporte a los empleados de nuestro cliente, principalmente a través de llamadas telefónicas.
