Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Based in Adelaide, SA and reporting to the Information Service (IS) Delivery Manager, you’ll offer comprehensive support to Detmold Group users via email, telephone, and walk-up channels. Using remote desktop tools, you’ll resolve issues promptly, serving as the primary point of contact for technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the IS Department Service Desk
- Gather accurate information and diagnose initial faults for incident/problem tickets.
- Prioritise and escalate Service Desk requests as necessary.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues based on expertise levels.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and device deployment within Active Directory.
