Description:
OVERVIEW
Quorum Software is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and to support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a high volume environment
- Strong O365 administration background (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, adding users to distribution groups, etc.)
- Basic troubleshooting Citrix VDI and VMWare support
- Break-fix troubleshooting experience (Lenovo/Dell workstations)
- Strong Active Directory experience (security permissions, adding and deleting users, etc.)
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- Experience managing Microsoft Intune
- Experience working with a ticketing system (Fresh Service)
- Expert level communication skills and ability to work on a team
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, inventory management
- The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively
Responsibilities:
- General administration support within Office 365
- Queue management
- Troubleshooting issues related to onboarding and termination of employees
- Audio/Video Conferencing configuration/troubleshooting
- Vendor management
- Inventory management
- This person must be able to resolve tickets within Freshservice in a high volume capacity
- Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise
- And other duties as assigned.
