• Working within a dedicated sub team to own our client’s end user on-boarding experience.
• Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
• Refine, update and improve the processes in line with customers changing needs.
• Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.
