Description:

Major duties and responsibilities of the successful candidates are:
a. Provide quality customer service and excellent support operations to a billing system and report system for an e-procurement portal and meet key performance indicators.
b. Perform billing operations, report operations, change management, user education, incident management and problem management.
c. Handle in-bound calls and emails and to co-ordinate work with internal teams and external users.
d. Manage any incidents raised and track them to their closure escalating such incidents where required.
e. Monitor the accuracy of bills generated and manage any re-adjustments that may be required.
f. Generate and monitor billing reports.
g. Perform any other required tasks assigned by the management to support operations
