Description:

We are looking for a customer focussed individual where the primary objective is to provide support and assistance with resolution of IT incidents and requests. Your proven, strong communication, proactivity and time management skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Call on your previous IT experience including desktop and application support, licensing and diagnostics to provide an exceptional service in a demanding but rewarding environment
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business (both internal and external) with confident verbal and written communication
  • Highly motivated and have a keen eye for detail and able to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as a team player whilst accountable for your own actions
  • Ideally worked 6 months in a system support role preferred
  • Experience with Windows Desktop PC/Office365/Active Directory/MFA preferred
  • Experience with SOE Imaging, Remote Support Technologies, Mobile Device Management and Telephone systems desirable
  • Have a passion for technologyPrevious experience in a service environment desirable

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity now exists for an IT Service Desk Coordinator to join our IT Team based at our head office in Seven Hills.
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our users in order to meet the needs of the business and ensure timely responses and resolution to incidents and requests.
The opportunity would also suit a graduate or someone looking to start their career in IT.

The duties will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incidents and requests
  • Provide first and second line technical support on a wide range of technologies and systems via phone, email and face to face
  • Resolving incoming support incidents
  • Service, prioritise and escalate inbound service requestsYou will also be expected, where required, to participate in a range of projects and become a subject matter expert for a variety of company systems
