    We are currently seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join a growing technology firm in Brisbane. In this permanent role, you will collaborate closely with clients of varying sizes and technological needs and resolve a wide range of IT issues. This presents an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the latest hardware, cloud technologies and network infrastructure.

To be successful, you must have recent experience in the following technologies:

  • Microsoft 365 including Tenancy Administration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online
  • Excellent Communications and Documentation Skills
  • 2+ years Windows Server Experience
  • 2+ Desktop Support Experience
